Project Six
This 1864 sq ft modified Aspen Hill model built in 2006, sits overlooking a small shallow water pond in Waldo County. This couple improved this standard Aspen Hill Model by first incorporating a two car garage connected to a hallway leading into the kitchen and dining room. A fieldstone gas burning fireplace in the greatroom adds warmth and coziness. While a stairway leading from the greatroom to the loft area is a great open office, from there leads into two guest bedrooms that each include a private balcony and share a common guest bath. This is a great design.
