Project Sixteen
This cottage was purchased in late summer of 2010. Basically a shell when purchased, this wonderful couple from AZ. spotted this unique cottage and saw the potential to be a wonderful and cozy summer getaway. Renovations are underway which include a master bedroom addition with a master bath, an entry and common bath connecting the cottage with a 30x30 garage which includes a family room above. All this in a beautiful and quiet setting overlooking a bank of ledge rock.
