"From the earliest days of working in my father's lumber mill and yard, to working on construction projects as a young man, I knew that the construction field was my future. Eastern Maine Technical Institute's Building Technology program was the next step on the road to my becoming a general contractor.

15 years as a builder in the mid coast region working on numerous and varied construction projects and dealing with all the different trades required to build and complete these projects were the building blocks of knowledge, experience and commitment. Integrity was a lesson I learned from my folks, once you gave your word you kept it.

While I have always enjoyed the actual building of each project I began to realize that my experience in the construction field may be better utilized in the management of the entire construction project for my clients that did not have the time or expertise to do so themselves. Over the years I have worked with numerous clients and have found this phase of the construction industry to be rewarding and tremendously gratifying... Greg Parks
